These Terms of Use govern your use of the Pentip app. By downloading or using Pentip, you agree to these terms.

1. Licence
Pentip grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your Apple devices, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms of Use.
2. Subscriptions
Pentip is free to start, with a limit on the number of documents. Pro features are available through an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings.
3. Your content
You own the notebooks and content you create in Pentip. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; while iCloud sync and export help, you should retain copies of important work.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Pentip to break the law or to infringe the rights of others, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app beyond what the law permits.
5. Disclaimer
Pentip is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
